Alpha Tau, More Like Alpha WOW!

Ever since 1996, one of Delta Epsilon Mu’s missions is to always help and support the communities around us. Alpha Tau has demonstrated their excellence in serving the community by being awarded with the 2020 Outstanding Service Award for Beloved Community at New York University. Alpha Tau was established as Delta Epsilon Mu’s 36th Chapter on November 24th, 2019. Even as one of the newer chapters, Alpha Tau exceeded expectations. The Outstanding Service Award highlights Alpha Tau’s leadership and community-building skills as it aligns with the values of NYU. 

Alpha Tau’s Founding President, Abbey Lepor states, “I’m so proud of my chapter for making an impact at NYU community despite being on campus for just a semester.” Alpha Tau’s positive contributions to the NYU community will continue to foster the great potential of the chapter and its members.
